Inferno Game Update 25-4-09
Hey Guys, Its Inferno with his 13-Days Game Update for 25-4-09. A really burly 13 days game wise.
And for dogs everywhere with obama getting a dog.
Will Wright creator of Spore and Sims, is leaving Maxis, to go to a new place called Stupid Fun Club
Bungie has revealed that some 10 billion Covenant have been slain in Halo 3's campaign mode, with the milestone being released 565 days after the game's release.
The impressive figure translates into 12,000 enemy troops killed every minute since the game first hit shelves in late 2007 – and if the dead covenant were laid end to end it would create a morbid chain that would circle the earth some 456 times.
Did you ever doubt that the iPhone was as powerful -- actually, more powerful -- than the Nintendo DS? Gameloft's upcoming Assassin's Creed for the iPhone is proof positive that there are enough horsies under the hood to render a fully realized Crusade-savaged Holy Land. Set to be released in just a few weeks, Assassin's Creed for the iDevices is indeed largely based on Altair's Chronicles, the DS prequel to the very first Creed game.
As the master assassin Altair you must explore the bustling metropolises of the Holy Land to uncover "The Chalice," a sacred artifact held by the Templars. According to your superiors at The Order of the Assassins, stealing the Chalice has the potential to end the Crusades.
Nintendo of America on Tuesday revealed release date and pricing details for its anticipated Wii MotionPlus accessory. The pass-through device, which plugs into the bottom of the Wii remote and enables greater, more accurate sensitivity, will ship to U.S. retailers on June 8. The peripheral will debut in Europe four days later.
The MotionPlus accessory will be sold as a stand-alone hardware for $19.99 in America. No information on European pricing is yet available.
Although consumers will be able to purchase the hardware itself in June, they will have to wait a month to play Nintendo's showpiece MotionPlus software, Wii Sports Resort. The game will debut on July 24 in Europe and July 26 in America bundled with MotionPlus. The package will retail for $49.99 stateside, but no details regarding price in Europe have been made official yet.
The fallout universe could be expanding beyond the world of videogames, with Bethesda recently filing a trademark for the brand covering both a television series and film.
A filing on the US Patent and Trademark Office site – picked up by Joy Stiq– lays claim to use of the name for "entertainment services in the nature of an on-going television program," as well as "motion picture films about a post-nuclear apocalyptic world."
The fallout series has long drawn from the rich vein of post-apocalyptic cinema, with in-game references stretching from the Mad Max films to A Boy and His Dog.
EB Games has been asked to reserve shelf space from Nintendo for something big!!!!!
According to a job-posting made by Microsoft, the company is seeking an experienced engineer to “deliver a great out-of-game interactive experience that takes the next step beyond the systems found in Halo 3.”
“We have an ambitious task ahead, taking the current Halo community and online gaming support system and bringing it to the next level,” the job description reads. “We're looking to blend console, web, and mobile to create an immersive Halo world that follows the dedicated Halo fan wherever they go. We need engineers that can build connected technology while working in a startup environment.”
Although not a job listing for a new Halo game per se, this “interactive experience” outside the game is intriguing. Is this something beyond stat tracking? Will Halo move into a persistent online world like World of Warcraft? And how is Bungie, developer of the Halo franchise, involved with the project? In any case, Halo fans seem to have something in store for them.
Publisher Dorling Kindersley (a.k.a. DK) announced today that the company will be publishing a Halo encyclopedia, an officially licensed guide to “the characters, weapons, vehicles, equipment, and locations from Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Wars, and Halo 3: ODST.” The encyclopedia will be 352 pages and include a foreword by Frank O’Connor, Halo’s franchise development director.
DK has also worked on a variety of Star Wars, DC Comics, and Marvel reference books as well, and Alex Allan, the company’s Director of Licensed Publishing says the creative team at DK are avid gamers and have been fascinated by Halo for quite some time. So, if you do have a set of encyclopedias detailing all of this world’s intricacies, why not supplement it with one about Halo’s ringed worlds as well?
Warner Bros. Ubisoft Spills Assassin's Creed II Details
This month's issue of Game Informer sports a rather dramatic pose by the new leading man of Assassin's Creed II, Ezio Auditore de Firenze, but it's what's inside that's truly interesting. Having listened to the cries of needless repetition besmirching what was an otherwise rather impressive debut for a new IP (it's apparently the fastest-growing new gaming franchise in history), Ubisoft is adding quite a bit more depth to the Renaissance Italy-based sequel.
The ample amount of historical documentation about the smattering of city-states, infighting merchant families and the corrupt religious figures of the time make for plenty of ties to real-life events, but perhaps none are as promising as the inclusion of Leonardo da Vinci and all his wonderful toys (Game Informer likens him to Bond's gadget buddy Q). Among many of da Vinci's inventions that will feature in the game is his legendary flying machine, which is perhaps more of a glider than anything else, as he'll be kept aloft with warm air currents rising off Ezio's allies during a particular mission.
With Venice's network of aquatic channels (yep, there's swimming now) and densely-packed buildings, Ezio's ability to ditch enemies has naturally been magnified, and to help balance that out, Ubisoft has bumped up the types of enemy units, which will grow more aggressive and skilled as the game goes on, including being able to tail you with the same now-infamous parkour moves from the first game. Other enemies will be advanced melee attackers or will poke into hiding spots (which have likewise increased in variety).
Watch our in-depth analysis of the Assassin's Creed 2 teaser trailer.
The increase in variety hasn't just been restricted to the cities and waterways, though; outside the cities, Ubisoft is populating the countryside with more to do, including the ability to string together missions that will take you from Venice to Florence and the more rural areas in between, tied together with a stronger narrative thread. Promises of missions being stacked back-to-back -- about 200 in all -- abound, as do mentions of the different types of missions one can undertake. Because Ubisoft Montreal is being careful to mix things up, they're also claiming that the side missions can essentially be taken on in any order, and stretching from the city into the countryside and back.
With all the changes to the scenery and main character (Ezio is a far more affluent and cultured protagonist than Altair was in the first game), it's not really terribly surprising that Ubisoft Montreal also amped up the combat. Weapons can now be ripped from an enemy and used against them, but Ezio doesn't carry a sword with him at all times, meaning improvisation and getting the drop on enemies is more important this time around. To assist in this, he can fight bare-handed if need be, stripping enemies of their weapons or simply opting to whittle down their numbers and make a break for it.
All this fighting will lead to Ezio becoming rather notorious in whatever city he's causing a ruckus, and though he can make a break for it (with white sheets indicating key routes of traversal), it's smarter to just undertake missions to lower his notoriety, which will drive down the presence of suspicious guards (though Ezio can now blend in with any crowd rather than just monks if the situation calls for it). Tearing down posters, taking out witnesses or paying them off were all mentioned as viable ways to keep the heat off you .
The full feature is on stands now, and is rather loaded with new tidbits
Also While we already knew it was coming, one interesting bit of info is included within the text - a holiday 2009 release window on all current-generation systems, which reads to us like it's hitting the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii (and probably the PC as well). Note that the first title never hit Nintendo's latest console. And you know that Ac psp game i was gabbing on about, its Ac 2. Here is game informer issue scanned

Jak and Daxter Lost Frontier Impressions
Jak II might be one of my favorite games from the PlayStation 2. The carjacking, the upgradable weapons and the hoverboards -- it all came together to form this game that I couldn't put down. It moved the characters forward from their simple, platforming debut and set them up for the next chapter in their expansive legacy.
Today, I have seen the continuation of that story; it's called Jak and Daxter: Lost Frontier .
If you're a rabid fan of the series, the "Lost Frontier" title might sound familiar to you. back in 06, Sony patented the moniker with the description of a "real-time online networked game," but it would appear that initial idea fell through. See, Lost Frontier on the PSP and PlayStation 2 is a strictly single-player affair that picks up shortly after Jak 3 while focusing on platforming, combat, and vehicles. Keira has set out on a spirit quest and the boys are trying to figure out what is behind the world' sudden eco shortage. The journey will take the trio to "the Brink" of the universe -- the very place the Precursors didn't get around to finishing -- so expect jagged rocks and cliffs that lead to nothingness.
I wasn't lucky enough to play Lost Frontier, but with the big wigs in town for last week's Game Developers Conference, I was treated to a closed-door demo courtesy of developer High Impact, the folks behind Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters and Secret Agent Clank. When the game kicked on -- and even as it progressed -- the thing that struck me was how good the graphics looked. I'd like to think I've seen a lot of PSP games (sorry, PS2 readers, this was playing on the portable), and this is easily one of the best looking titles I have see on the platform. Jak (minus the soul patch) and Daxter (still wearing pants) leapt, ran, and eventually flew in their flying machine without any hitch or stutter -- it was super-smooth like creamy butter. The colors were bright, the models detailed and the action fierce.
Starting in a jungle-like level, Jak had Daxter on his shoulder and was pulling off the traditional jumps and attacks you'd expect from our seasoned hero. Controls should also be somewhat familiar to you. On the PSP, the L and R buttons will rotate the camera; the D-Pad will switch your powers and weapons; and the face buttons will govern firing your gun, punching, spinning and jumping. This scheme is going to leave room for the most popular combos from the previous games such as Jak's Jump and Dive as well as his Uppercut. Now, while running around wailing on enemies in his lush green surroundings, Jak was wielding a staff. When you first get this device, its main use will be for melee combat, but through upgrades, you can trick it out to be a long-range laser.
Upgrading and customizing are going to be bigger parts of Lost Frontier than in any previous Jak and Daxter adventure. Out here on the Brink, there are tons of dark eco, the substance that allows Jak to turn into a hulked-out white version of himself that has some crazy superpowers. Thing is, there's so much dark eco around him that it's incredibly painful for our hero to change into his altered form -- it could actually kill him -- but that amount of eco allows Jak to use superpowers in his regular form.
Confused? Simplified: normal Jak now has awesome powers.
During my demo, I got to see the Rocket Jump -- Jak leaps into the air while keeping stiff as a board, points his palms at the ground and rocket fire comes out of his hands and feet so he can hover up and down like Iron Man -- and the Construct Power, which allows him to create platforms to leap from. Right now, these powers are only usable in certain areas, but when you get your hands on the game, it's going to be up to you to put them where you want them. Perhaps the coolest thing is that as you progress, you'll be able to upgrade these abilities as you like using the different colors of eco you have collected. So, if there's some cool melee power and that's all you want to use, you can pour all of your efforts into maxing that value out. If the powers are diverse enough, this could make for some interesting second and third playthroughs.
After wailing on some robots in the grass, Jak and Daxter headed into a volcano -- the setting shifted seamlessly from the bright blue sky and green grass to purple rock and red lava -- where some more robots popped up to oppose them. Between fighting and using his construct power to get over some lava hotspots, Jak came to a series of suspended poles. He jumped up, grabbed one, and the camera swung out so that we were looking at the action from a side-scrolling perspective. Jak spun around the pole, and leapt to the next one. The process continued until he was back on solid ground.
Now, being out on the Brink of existence where things were never quite finished, lots of the locales Jak and Daxter are traveling to will be island worlds. This means two things: 1) Jak and Daxter are going to need some sweet rides and 2) Pirates! The second half of my all-too-brief demo put Jak and Daxter behind the controls of the Hellcat, a small blue-ish purple and yellow jet shaped like the hilt of a sword. With six flame trails coming off the wings, the Hellcat packed your standard machine guns and rockets but like Jak, all that was customizable depending on how you wanted to trick out your ship -- weapons, speed, and more will be yours to fool around with. There's going to be a bunch of different aircrafts in the game and you'll be able to choose which one you want before starting a mission.
Set against a bright blue sky, Jak was taking his tiny ship up against a massive air-pirate ship that cruised the clouds. As Jak swooped in to attack, Daxter would shout that the hero needed to take out the pirate propellers. Battle was frantic -- fighters poured on to the scene every so often -- and the air controls seemed tight as the small ship scooted around the sky. Gun and missile meters regenerated when you laid off using them every five seconds, while you'll need to find health power-ups to repair your smoldering ship.
It's going to be tough to wait for more information on this title, but the fact that High Impact is estimating your first playthrough to last about 10 to 12 hours, the studio is working closely with franchise creator Naughty Dog, Daxter is right there with his trademark one-liners and nasally voice, there are plenty of secrets and unlockables, and the game features dynamic loads so that you don't run into load screens while playing should help ease the pain. When Sony's ready to show more Jak and Daxter fun, you can bet Fusion Hour (lil joke of mine) will have the report ready and waiting for you.

Avatar Book 3 The Southern Raiders Summary
The Southern Raiders
Aang and friends, including the newly joined Suki, Hakoda and Chit Sang are sleeping in the Western Air Temple. The sun rises and Aang awakes in time to see a bomb being thrown at them. Aang deflects it using airbending, and the others wake up as the bomb explodes harmlessly in the air. Several Fire Nation Airships, led by Azula, rise out of the mist below and begin barraging the temple with more bombs.
Aang airbends the large temple doors closed to protect the others. Zuko pushes Katara out of the way of a falling rock, but instead of thanking him she demands he get off her. Toph and Haru Earthbend a tunnel into the wall so everyone can escape safely. Aang notices Zuko looking out at the airships. Zuko tells Aang that he will hold them off and runs towards the ships and finds Azula atop one waiting for him. She nearly blasts him off the temple with Firebending, but Zuko uses a crumbling pillar to try to jump onto her airship. He misses, hitting the side of the ship and falls into the misty abyss below.
As they fly away they see Zuko rise out of the mist on another airship. He jumps onto Azula's ship and they begin to battle. Aang and the others barely manage to evade attacks by Fire Nation soldiers on the other airships. Zuko and Azula seem evenly matched, but their close range Firebending causes a large explosion that blasts them both off the ship. Aang swoops Appa down to save Zuko, and Azula uses Firebending to propel herself to the cliffside and halt to a stop using her hairpin.
They camp out near an uninhabited beach and Aang comments to everyone how it feels just like old times again. Zuko cracks a joke about how he could chase Aang around and try to capture him if he really wants it to feel like old times. Everyone laughs except Katara. Sokka proposes a toast to Zuko for saving them from Azula, and everyone except Katara cheers. Zuko is thankful and says he doesn't deserve it. Katara agrees and angrily storms off to the beach. Zuko follows her wondering what her problem is.
He tries to talk with Katara, saying it isn't fair that everyone trusts him now except her. Katara yells at him, saying that she was the first one to trust him in Ba Sing Se but he betrayed her trust. Zuko asks what he can do to make her forgive him, and she angrily tells him to reconquer Ba Sing Se or bring her mother back. She then walks off to her tent, leaving Zuko alone.
Sokka is in his tent, which is lavishly decorated with candles and roses, expecting Suki to visit him for a romantic moment. He is embarrassed to see Zuko instead. Zuko asks Sokka to tell him about the death of his mother, as he thinks Katara might be taking her anger over the loss of her mother out on him. Sokka tells Zuko that the Fire Nation attacked their village several years ago when they were little kids. But the attack was short and the invaders soon retreated. Once it was over, they discovered their mother had been killed. Zuko asks what flag the Fire Nation ships were hoisting, and Sokka describes it had Sea Ravens on them, which Zuko recognizes as the symbol of the Southern Raiders. He thanks Sokka, but is pushed impatiently out of the tent. After rubbing his hands, Sokka peeks outside and beckons Suki to come in, only to find that Zuko had only taken a few steps away from his tent.
Zuko waits all night outside Katara's tent, when she comes out she irritatedly asks him what he wants. He tells her knows who killed her mother, and that he can help her find him. When the both of them approach Aang to borrow Appa, Aang sarcastically asks if it's Katara's turn to "take a little field-trip with Zuko". Katara starkly tells him yes. When she tells him why, Aang tries to dissuade her from going, saying revenge is never the answer. Katara refuses to listen, even when Sokka says he believes Aang is right. Aang tries to convince Katara to choose forgiveness, but she says forgiveness for the man who killed her mother is impossible.
Later that night, Katara and Zuko prepare to take Appa without Aang's consent, but Aang confronts them. Aang allows them to take Appa, believing it's a journey she needs to take, but he pleads with her to choose forgiveness rather than revenge. Katara thanks him for understanding, and they depart. Sokka comically asks Aang if he can borrow Momo for a week for no good reason.
On Appa, Katara and Zuko go to a guiding outpost that serves as a coordination station for the entire Fire Navy. They sneak in and Katara sends the guard out by Waterbending ink onto her. They discover that the Southern Raiders are currently stationed at Whale Tail Island. On the way, Katara remembers her personal experiences when she lost her mother. Upon spotting the black snow, the eight-year-old Katara went to look for her mother Kya at their home, but found her being questioned by a Fire Nation soldier. She tells Katara to go outside and get her father. The Fire Nation soldier glares at Katara, yelling at her to get out. Her mother comforts her and tells her everything will be alright. Katara runs out to get Hakoda, but by the time they came back the Fire Nation soldier was gone and Kya killed. Zuko comments that Kya was a very brave woman, and Katara holds her mother's necklace and agrees.
Later, Zuko spots the Southern Raider's Ship. In a swift and powerful display of Waterbending powered by the full moon, Katara sends most of the crew overboard with a massive wave. The two make their way to the bridge to capture the ship's captain, who Katara quickly subdues with Bloodbending. After realizing by appearance he's not the man who killed her mother, Zuko interrogates the captain, and they learn that the last captain of the Raiders, Yon Rha retired 4 years ago and is living with his mum.
Yon Rha is sent by his grumpy mother to get fresh tomato-carrots. On the way back from market, it begins to rain, and he senses he is being stalked. Certain that he's being followed, Yon Rha swivels around and shoots a blast of fire at a nearby tree. He is ambushed and subdued by Zuko. Katara approaches and threatens him to remember her face, which Yon Rha does, and he tells her the whole truth of what happened that day.
A source had told him of the existence of one last Waterbender in the Southern Water Tribe, which Kya pretended to be to save her daughter. Upon hearing that Kya was the last Waterbender instead of taking her prisoner, he chooses to outright kill her. Enraged, Katara reveals herself to him as the last true Waterbender. She bends the rain, turning it into icicles that fly like daggers at Yon Rha. However, she stops the assault at the last second and releases her control over the icicles, which turn to water. Terrified, Yon Rha pleads for his life, even offering his own mother to make things even. Katara tells him she always wondered what kind of man could do such a terrible thing, but understands now that she sees him. He is a weak, pathetic and empty human being, but she can't bring herself to kill for revenge. Katara and Zuko depart, leaving Yon Rha sobbing to himself in the rain.
Later, Katara is waiting on a dock on Ember Island for the rest of the group to arrive on Appa. Aang tells Katara he's proud of her for choosing the right thing by forgiving. She replies she could never forgive Yon Rha, but is finally willing to forgive Zuko and hugs him warmly before leaving to see the others. Alone on the dock, Zuko tells Aang that he was right about what Katara needed, and Aang reaffirms that violence is never the answer. Zuko turns to Aang and asks if that is the case, what he will do once he must face the Ozai. Aang looks at Zuko with uncertainty.

Blind Bandit synopis Avatar Book 2
Toph's father and mother are meeting with Master Yu to confirm that she is not trying anything dangerous in her lessons, and Master Yu assures them that he has kept Toph at the basic level. A servant comes in to tell them a visitor has come – the Avatar and Toph gets nervous.
At dinner, Aang, Katara, Sokka and Master Yu have joined Toph and her family. Toph's father inquires of Aang how long he feels the war will go on. Aang explains he hopes to defeat the Fire Lord by summer, but still needs an Earthbending teacher. It has become clear to the group that Toph is keeping her amazing Earthbending skills secret from her parents, as well as her identity as The Blind Bandit. Although Master Yu is mentioned as a candidate for Aang's teacher by Toph’s father, Aang attempts to bring up the possibility of Toph as his teacher instead, but she hits Aang's foot with Earthbending under the table to shut him up. Aang tries to reveal Toph's secret identity, but she Earthbends Aang's chair forward, causing his face to smash into his soup. Not to be outdone, Aang returns the favor with an Airbending-enhanced sneeze, throwing Toph's soup onto her (as well as Master Yu and Toph's mother). Toph and Aang start to fight, but dinner is finished.
Later, Sokka, Katara, and Aang are getting ready for bed (as guests of Toph’s family). Aang is surprised by Toph’s sudden appearance. She calls a truce, and the two of them walk the grounds of her family’s estate while she explains to him how she sees using Earthbending. Toph envies Aang’s carefree life, but knows she has commitments to her family that prevent her from leaving to join him. Just then, the two of them are ambushed by Xin Fu and his wrestling thugs: The Boulder, The Hippo, Fire Nation Man, The Mole, The Gecko, and Wild Man. A ransom note is left demanding 500 gold pieces for the safe return of their daughter. Toph’s father enlists Master Yu’s help, and Sokka and Katara state come along as well.
They arrive at the arena with the ransom, and Toph is released. When Katara asks about Aang, Xin Fu states that he plans to turn the Avatar over to the Fire Nation for a reward. He is flanked by all the wrestlers, who threaten them to leave. Katara runs after Toph as she leaves, asking for her assistance. Her father protests, saying Toph is weak, helpless and fragile, which causes Toph to reject her father and assist them. Toph heads back into the arena demanding Aang’s release. The Earthbenders begin to attack, and Toph tells Sokka and Katara to leave them to her. Toph defeats each opponent almost effortlessly. This amazes and shocks Toph's father and Master Yu. Finally, Toph faces off against Xin Fu and sends him flying into the wall. Master Yu exclaims, "She is the greatest Earthbender I’ve ever seen!"
Back at home, Toph tries to explain her secret identity to her parents, hoping it won't upset them. They decide Toph has had too much freedom and must be confined and guarded from now on. Aang, Katara and Sokka are forced out of the house, and Toph sheds tears for losing the possibility of gaining friends and what little freedom she had left.
Preparing to leave on Appa, they are overjoyed when Toph comes running up, telling them her father has changed his mind. Toph knocks Aang into a tree as payback for knocking her off stage at the championship battle. Toph then requests the championship belt back, and Sokka tosses it down to her, forgetting she can't see, causing the belt to hit Toph square on the head. Sokka sheepishly apologizes and Aang falls out of the tree.
I hope you enjoyed it

Whats Machinima?
Episode 1
Episode 2
Episode 3
my favourite machinima maker is DigitalPh33R, he makes Arby n the Cheif, a really funny series, but i dont call it machinima, but he does a machinima series named Hard Justice
Very funny, type it Youtube.
If you havent noticed all those machinima are Halo 3 and Funny, because Halo 3 is the easiest one to make on console, for the easiest PC machinima you can't go wrong with Half-Life.
The reason because the all funny is because people have a hard time pulling off serious.
It might also be possible for a GTA IV (making machinima). Here is some of the
Counter-Strike/ half life machima Counter Strike for Kids!
I'm making a halo 3 machinima with my friend, (Not Inferno or Juiced)

Twilight Fandom- Going out of hand?
Seriously, have you seen what people have come up with? Edward Cullen action figure? Twilight perfume? And that’s not even the beginning. I could write a book (They’ve made a Robert Pattison one by the way (The guy who plays Edward Cullen) and it’s surprising that it’s actually selling.)
Stay cool
Avatar: "The Runaway" Summary
Avatar: the last Airbender book 3 The Runaway synopsis
At the start of the episode it starts off with Katara and Toph screaming and fighting with each other. But it was actually a scam to get money: Toph is running to a statue in Fire Fountain City, trying to escape from someone. But she’s captured, and screams at Katara, saying that she betrayed her.
However, Toph suggests they get more from a gambling game below them. She knows through her Earth bending that The Dealer is cheating others. She uses her bending to cheat back, earning them forty silver pieces. When they arrive back at camp, Katara advises them not to do it anymore. However, even when Aang makes an Avatar promise not to do so, they don't listen. Later on, Toph cheats at a dice-like game and a test-your-strength game, winning even more money.
Katara discovers the wanted poster and has an argument with Toph, where Toph angrily replied that Katara is not her mother and should not tell her what to do. The two of them from then on ignore each other. Sokka tries to write an apology message pretending to be Toph sent by Hawky to Katara but she easily finds out because Toph can't write. He later talks to Toph to try to mend the rift between her and Katara. As they discuss how Katara's motherly instincts can also be helpful and nurturing, Katara (who is bathing in the water under the cliff side where they sit to chat) listens to them. Sokka reveals how Katara took on the role of their mother after her death, so much so that, to Sokka she eventually replaced the face of their mother. Toph admits that she appreciates Katara's motherly nature, and believes Katara cares for her more than her real mother ever did.
After Katara fakes handing Toph in to the authorities, the entire scenario turns out to be a trap set by Combustion Man. Katara and Toph are placed in a prison made of wood, material that neither of them can bend. As Aang and Sokka battle Combustion Man, Toph and Katara try to think of a way to escape the cage. Katara suggests that Toph use her meteor bracelet to make a saw, until Toph says she left it at camp. Katara then jumps up and starts to run in place. When Toph asks what she is doing, Katara replies, "I'm making my own water!" She then Waterbends her own sweat to escape the prison, earning Toph's praise. Katara and Toph race to help Aang, arriving just in time to save him from. Toph accidentally manages to hit Combustion Man on his forehead tattoo with a stone, knocking him back. He gets up and attempts to launch another explosion in the group's direction, only to find his chi blocked. The air around him explodes and the group escapes. While running away, Sokka renames their opponent Combustion Man.
At the end, Toph realizes she does not hate her parents after all. With Katara acting as a scribe, she writes down a heart-felt message for her parents that gets delivered using Hawky. The episode ends with Sokka returning and asking where Hawky is, not knowing that the girls used him.
